Terms and conditions: Eligible homes will be valued by a park representative, with valuations valid for 14 days and based on the condition and age of the home. The offer applies to selected new holiday home models and is subject to availability, with the right to amend or withdraw it at any time. Outstanding site fees, utility charges, or other associated costs must be cleared before completing the exchange, and site fees for the new holiday home will apply from the exchange date. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, and is limited to owners only.
This competition is exclusive to current Unity Beach Ownersn and new Owners who purchase in 2025. To enter, Owners must complete a holiday home survey in the Sales Office between 1st February and 31st October 2025 . Owners may make multiple entries. The winner will receive their 2025 site fees paid in full. If the winner has already upgraded to a new holiday home during the competition period, they will instead receive their 2026 site fees paid in full. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner will be randomly selected on 28th November 2025 and contacted by the park by 1st December 2025. The winner will also be announced across Unity Beach social media and in the Unity Beach 2026 Spring Owners newsletter.
